Cucina Sophia
Fountain Valley is not a land one think of for Italian dishes. The fountain Valley isn't
the land of olives. I can only name one place for dining Italian cuisine, and that name is now Cuciina Sophia.
Chef/owner Henry has years of experience in Italian cooking and as a restauranteur he started many Restaurants in Orange county
including Capones restaurants in Westminster in 1997, in Huntington Beach in 2000 and in Placentia in 2009.
Chef Henry has drawn his international training to bring Sophia's Italian style to the city of Fountain Valley. He spent much of his life traveling throuhout
Europe honing his skills as a restauranteur.
